The Vegetarian Teriyaki Taco Tastes Amazing And Is Good For You!

by Greg Scott

In South Florida, there are so many different opportunities to experience the finest beaches and the finest dining in the world. As of late, I have been doing a lot of both. Ever since moving to this city actually, that's really all I've been doing. All of the establishments here are so prestigious, yet surprisingly inexpensive. I have been enjoying the unique entrees that come out of these establishments for a long time, but nothing compares to the vegetarian Teriyaki taco. This is South Florida's new popular style taco, and of course, it is nothing short of phenomenal. This is seriously one for the books!

When I saw that I was getting THREE soft shell tortillas, I was thrilled. Many establishments don't give you what you pay for, and you end up broke and still hungry. Thankfully South Florida knows how to treat its customers! I left this particular establishment feeling satisfied with my meal. The portions were perfect!

The really great thing, and most obvious, about the teriyaki taco is the delicious pineapple teriyaki sauce. It is freshly made every day by the employees who are trained for it. When I asked for the list of ingredients in the sauces, they had no problem telling me everything that went into them! It was wonderful to finally feel informed about what I was eating!

However, the pineapple teriyaki is not what your taco should start off with. South Florida puts it on as one of the last ingredients so that it soaks up with the rest. So you should really begin with your options of protein. Among steak, chicken, chicken breast, and pork, there are two vegetarian options. The first is a savory black bean hummus that will drive all hummus fans crazy! The second consists of plain black beans and guacamole, which is also extremely tasty.

When you get to the veggies section, things start getting really exciting! With the Teriyaki, they throw on cucumbers. What a cool and refreshing take on tacos everywhere. I have never known anything like this combination, it was such a unique style!

After that, you'll want to throw in some diced green onions. I was also unfamiliar with diced green onions on tacos, so this would be new to me too. I can always count on Florida tacos to show me tastes I've never encountered before! They're unique combinations are seriously off the map!

Right after the diced green onions, you'll get the option of pickled carrots. I am so in love with carrots, and thinking about them with the pineapple teriyaki was just too much. I had to get them on my tacos! Yet another ingredient that is good for you. You can't go wrong with this taco!

Just when I thought that this taco couldn't get any better, South Florida surprised me yet again. Just before handing me my tacos, they sprinkled a few sesame seeds onto the top of each one. What an addition! I am such a fan of sesame seeds and I was so delighted with the way it accompanied the unique style of the taco!

Maybe it's just me, but Palm Beach cuisine really know what I'm talking about!. Both my taste buds and my stomach agree that the steak Teriyaki taco is one of the best chicken wrap around! I am really impressed with these superb ingredients!
